Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure I can provide the best service to all of my furry clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply. No-shows or same-day cancellations: Will be 50% of the scheduled service. 

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full payment upfront when booking future appointments.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I will always do my best to be fair when genuine emergencies occur.
